Great style however fit is inaccurate

Bought this gi for my daughter as a congratulatory gift for her promotion in Jiu Jitsu and her moving up to the adult class. She is 12 y/o, 4'7" and 73 pounds. The gi size chart stated this gi would be solid for her until she is 5' and 95-100 pounds. What she has if perfect for her current size. I will probably need to get her another gi within the next year due to the length of sleeve and pants.

Orders placed on habroksports.com are processed Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST (Excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 72 hours from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship to all 50 states via FedEx and USPS.

International

Orders placed on habroksports.com are processed Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST ( excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from when the order is placed. We ship internationally via FedEx. The customer is responsible for all associated tariffs and taxes in relation to international purchases.

We recommend FedEx for international purchases. 

We will not be held responsible for the loss of international shipments that are not shipped via FedEx

All Orders

We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these scenarios. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services (FedEx).

The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned back to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc. 

Exchange & Returns

Our Goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Habrok. 

Please notify us within 15 days. 

Exchanges

If you purchased an item from habroksports.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by sending us an email at sales@habroksports.com with your order number and what your need your items exchanged for. We will check if we have your required items and will send you a return label via email. Just send us back the goods and we will ship your new item(s) out once we have received and processed your package. 

1- Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, original tags/labels and packaging.

2 - BOGO Deals - All Sales are final. We will allow exchanges for Size Correction. Customer will be responsible for shipping. 

3 - International Shipments are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Returns

Item(s) purchased from Habrok must be returned in new and unused condition, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

There are two options for your refund.

  • Receive full amount in form of a gift card
  • Receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please send us an email to sales@habroksports.com with your order number and items needed to be returned. We will email you a return shipping label.
